I am looking for the information type of glue used by the factory to splice the kite at the production stage. Anybody can help and write something on this topic?

not quite sure what u mean but once the pieces have been cut out on the cutting machine they are usually joined together with double sided tape for ease of sewing as far as i know, that is how i made my kite anyway (yep i made my own kite) - took a loooong time...!

It's a double-sided tape, called basting tape.
Available from sailing, kite and hang glider suppliers.
