UAH -- i done Way dumber stuff than That !!

You Could just finish sanding it with 220g wet/dry paper, but
use water so Ya don't breath it in.
THEN
Spray a base-coat White primer, and find a Latino to paint something COOL
on it.

Why a Latino ? Because a Lot of them are genetically gifted at Art ; i'm serious !

If the damage is on the bottom then just ride your board across the beach a few hundred times and you will never notice the damage again.

If the damage is on the top then I am afraid you will have to buy a new board. I don't have any boards to sell but I have a nice bridge you can buy.

I'd take the bridge man, it's a good offer...

If on the bottom, I would just wet sand it if you find it too rough - and never worry about it again, as you will get many other schratches on the bottom with time 8)

If on the topside, it is really easy - just find a sticker you like :thumb:

You can even look at it while riding, so a win-win.

And no, I am NOT kidding (if it is only cosmetic that the color is gone)

:D Peter

i do that all the time on my LF DLX. when the scratches become to big and sharp (especially on the edge) i use a fine sand paper (240) to make the bottom smooth again. Dont bother, LF board bottoms get ugly very quickly.
