So my bro who is a really good wave kiter just got a new 8 Ben Wilson Noise and the thing is doing some weird shit, when he sends the kite down to take off from beach kite which is pumped very hard looks like it is soft, the kite opens up and almost goes flat like a ram kite and then inverts. He has other kites from them never had this problem, bar is new kite is new, anyone help? Bridal length maybe?

I'm sure there's an answer to your question, but if it's new I would probably just call the shop you got it from and ask them, if it's something obvious they'll be able to help otherwise just exchange for one that isn't messed up.

Myself and 2 good friends have that kite and we have never had any issues as u described. In fact, all 3 of us are really happy with it. I would do as Dyylan suggest and call the shop. Let us know what u find out.
