Cabarete in September

Ok...I know this question might be repeated but I have couple other questions,
1- How is Cbarete in September, I heard its no season (or end of season) but I heard the same about March and was there last March and it was perfect, So is it just hit or miss?
2- Is there any places around Cabarete with Flat water, I'm still beginner working on my upwind and turns so that would be helpful.
3- If Cabarete is not good, I'm looking for a place around the Caribean, cheap and has social life that would be good first week in september, I have my own gear and live in NYC so I'm not planning going anywhere far.

It is called la boca just east of cabarete. See my topic on it.

Thanks Steffen, Looked at your post and seems like a good place to go but I heard its not beginner friendly cause its a small spot with lots of kiters!! but will definetly check it out.

There are many places to kite in Cabarete that are not crowded. The winds in September are usually fairly good as well.

September always rocks. Nothing to worry about. For 4 $ a moto will take you to la boca.
( the flatwater spot. But it is very small, so I recomend the ocean )
