But the KITEFORUM.COM is a world wide know forum and if people can share their opinion about a product why not use it!!!

Well, Mr. Dimirtri.... because if everyone used the forum the way Epic does all we would have here is thread after thread of Kite companies pimping their gear. There is a place for a few informative posts, but to take it to the level Epic has would be mass chaos if everyone else did the same.

That is why most companies have their own forums. So they don't flood the public threads which can end up pissing people off. It also helps to keep their dirty laundry contained.

Its great that you post here, it would be better if you were generally less affiliated and used more restraint when your inner salesman comes out. You would gain more respect and likely sell more kites because of it.

Sincerely
Pete

With all do respect Mr Laughingman, there are so many posts on this forum about any products and brands, why do you keep clicking on the EPIC threads if you don't want to read about it??
Skip it and go to the "MOST SEXY KITE PICTURE" topic, you might enjoy it better, and who knows, you might even be happier there.

P.S: personnaly if I am not interested in a topic, I just don't click on it. It is as simple as this. So a free advice, don't click on it. It works every time.

Yes Mr.sharky79 is right. We are past the point of folding kites and that is why I am very surprised this is happening on Mr.alexeyga friend's kite with his RENEGADE 7 and 9. So they must be something wrong with the kite or maybe, the outside lines of his bar might be too long which might affect the performance of the kites. Because by having the outside lines longer then normal it will change the angle of attack of the kite, and the kite will be all over the place because of the lack of tension on the back lines. Same thing if you pull the Depower the strap a lot, that will make the outside lines longer. Remember, the Depower Straps are there to help you out depower the kite so you can go back on the beach and rig a smaller kite or to launch your kite. You should not kite with the Depower strap pull down because it is like driving a car with the hand breaks on.
With some other kite companies, you need to pull the strap down so you can trim your kite, but with the EPIC kites they are already trimmed if you are using the correct bar so no need to pull the Depower Strap unless you want to depower the kite for landing or launching.

P.S. Few days ago I was kiting working on the new EPIC ATTACK 3 movie and one of the kiters was out on a 10 meter kite from another kite company and his kite was jelly fishing when loading. So after few hours of riding I was on the beach packing and helped him land his kite. His LE was not hard at all. He probably had 7 to 8 psi. So I told him to pump his kite harder so his kite won't jelly fish.
Guess what. I saw him this morning at the beach pumping a 14 meter kite. He thank me for the advice because he went back out that day and his kite was rock solid after pumping it more.

Yesterday was maybe 27 knots with gusts up to 35. some were on 8 meter kite and i cant hold my 7 Screamer with the strap not used!! needed to make the powerline knots closest to the bar and with the Depower strap pulled all the way in, i had a 50% good session cause the kite keeps pulling like a train. Gotta sheet the bar all the way out. Its almost impossible to hold my rail, my weight is 85 kg, so i think sometimes its a 9 with the number 7 on it. Love the 10 LTD, but the 7 aint my favorite.

Hmm, and my favourite kite by far is the 7m Screamer :D ...we've had some awesome days here this "summer" in the UK
Man this kite has a huge top end not really found it yet but certainly fine up to mid 30 knots.
And kiteloops have been made so much easier with this kite, absolutely love it!

Just goes to show how we all differ in opinion but as long as we do find a size/kite that we love all is good.

Mr. Dimitri

Who said I wasn't interested? I'm perfectly happy here and in any other thread I choose to become a part of. I'm just trying to help you out, you asked a question. I answered it.

And if you had your own forum I may even consider registering.

Do you find that your particular type of participation in the Epic threads provides you with some emotional or social gratification? They have an internet name for this type of person, ....but you identify yourself as "beyond Troll" when others recognize and identify you as one.
You don't own Epic gear, so you speak from very limited experience in regards to sharing helpful feedback.
You don't ask questions that indicate you are shopping or trying to learn from others experience either.
Is there a point to all of your time and effort?

You click again on the EPIC thread. :nono:
You know by doing so you are bringing the thread to the top every time you say something.

P.S. Just wanted to let you know.

Like it would do any difference.
If it happens that no one is posting in your thread for a while then will always you yourself or any of your 3 trusty fans post some nonsense just to bring it up again.

And, I totally agree, this forum would be unbearable if more company's were using it the way you do, but I would not ban you if I had the choice, screwing the forum is the only way your back yard business could have made it this far and the kite community benefits from more options.
I just pray that your company soon will be strong enough to hire someone to do your marketing, you are SO annoying dude.

BTW, I finally got my pair of $43.95 sliders, better late than never :D

Whaooo..... I was wondering when you were going to post something again on the EPIC thread Mr.McAbe,
As you probably know, it is impossible to make every body happy. But the majority of the kiters are really happy to be involved in helping Epic kite grow with all the inputs they are sharing with us in this KiteFoum. Once again if you don't want to look or see at EPICKITES thread, please don't click on it.
On another note Mr.David Gu and his girl friend told me a lot of interesting things about you when they visited the Outer Banks this spring. It is always nice to know with whom we are dealing. I hope you are having a great time in Brazil, such a beautiful country.
This picture bellow is from the Outer Banks NC. Maybe one day you can make it.
