Your kites invert as they don't have enough pressure. Use the guage on the SS pump when its new and get used to the sound of the LE when you flick it (guages rust with salt, sand and time).

I pump to 8-10 psi so its ROCK solid. Shouldn't give you problems with those pressures.

BW's are tuned up Octanes based on the REV's from 2008-9. BWs are flatter, so maybe a bit more power but slower for sure. I loved the 11m Octane but rode it again after a year on Rally's and didn't feel the love anymore.

Nothing to do with pressure. I have a 12/9/6 2012 rally quiver. I have had the 12 and 9 invert
Multiple times no matter how hard it is pumped. Not a problem when I am riding waves because I don't crash the kite but for trying to learn new tricks and the kite is crashed it's a problem. Love the kites in all other aspects but I personally think that the relaunch sucks (some of the time)

Bit of a slag.

To be fair let's describe it as two gen of evolution on the octane. Bws are in their 2.0 stage and gen one was already a generation past the octane. To make it sound like its simply an old design is miss leading. Pretty sure they have ongoing r&d.

The opposite bias could claim that the rally is simply slingy jumping on the delta wagon and beta testing it on their customers for a couple of gen before it started to show any degree of refinement.

When shit goes wrong, just about any kite will invert, some more than other, some people more than others
Over the last 10 years of kiting and when ever it gets windy and we do stupid shit you can always look up and find somebody with a kite inverted for some reason, it is not a problem specific to one brand and mostly depends on the way it cashed and rolled.

I disagree. I have been kiting for 12 years. Flown every brand of kite. I spend a lot of hrs on the water. These are the first kites I have had that have inverted after a simple crash (numerous times).
