No go is when its blowing less than 15 and the babes are lining up, then I rather enjoy the view and take some shots to share while waiting for it to pick up.
Or, when it was blowing southish at this spot,
So you are going out when the wind is 45 degree offshore ? (as one can only assume north to be up, when you havent shown any orientation legends).
Do you have backup boat(s) then ?
I would never go out alone in that wind direction

The beaches are small and surrounded by cliffs in the fjord where the image is from, there you need to use a different spot for each wind direction basically. No babes to make up for the trip around there, so anything over 10 is a go.
A tricky area to kite in, but safe in they way that you will always float ashore somewhere

also plenty of boats if its not blowing to much, sea rescue squad nearby and always people observing from land.
Awesome place to go storm kiting and when you like some flat water you get that in the ferry wake
