We had tese at a demo day we were running recently and the Torch riders swore they would never swap but most were pretty impressed, they all said very similar to their torches but lighter bar pressure and more range.

I've got the 8-10-12 metre 2012 Parks, i'm 95 kg's during the season mainly ride 6'2" surfboard i'd go the 14m next time for my light wind kite as the 12m doesn't give me much more wind range than the 10m. I can get going on the 12m in 16 knots on the surdboard but find 18 knots and over is where it starts to fly.

So if I am reading this right you would go for 8-10-14 ?

I am a beginner weighing 105-110kgs and am considering a 10 and 14 the 2 main things that are stopping me is the below the bar de power and the octoplus inflation system (I have a Bandit Dos and can't see the need for for the extra complication over simply pumping each strut )

H C yeah you're reading me right an 8-10-14 quiver would've given me a bigger wind range to play in even dropping the 8 for a 7 would work. The 8 & 10m kites are my main kites as i'm normally out in 20+ knots. I am out on the 8m on the surfboard from 24-25 knots as i'd rather fly a smaller faster kite.

The one pump system is as simple as you can get, 1 inflation point; pump away and off you go. I have had Naish kites with the octopus system since 2009 and only once did i have a the kite lose air and that was due to me not putting a valve cap on properly.

Just switched from North Evo 12 to Naish Park 12m, both 2012 models and i love it, really happy to switch. Will also get 9m Park and i think the new Fly for low wind. Really love the quality, bellow bar depower, bar feel, mature design compared to new North collection. Just find the bar padding to be harder than norths.

I have 88 kg and 12m is the most used size at the moment, so i think at your weight you can't go wrong with 12, 9m, but of curse it comes down to board size, wind...

very fast and light, great top end but not for light wind, i am 85 kg and use from 15 to 20 knots

The water outlet hole in the wingtips are doubtful for good aerodynamics

Overall I really love my Parks, the MY 2012 is better than the previous in every aspect. Granted .
