Airush Vapor I (2007) should be in the list! I got the 7m and still think that is better than most current kites. Fast, great hangtime, tons of lift and decent unhooked. Don't know why Airush put bridles in the latest models

my 13m hellfish proto-type in original chrome.....

I sight to behold...
Hey, that the kite Simon gave you for being such a doubter about the new technology? :) And if I recall, you loved it....probably until it started to disintegrate on you!
tisk, tisk...

you're getting as bad as Billie, well no mention of your latest trick try or your latest strap-on issue, ? but that same ' I'm telling mom ' off topic ' lash out crapola...

no biggie, it's your perogative....sling on my precious ...

no that's the kite Alex sent me when I passed on his offer to fly me out to Florida to test one.

who's Simon? , o' sq bunch o'numbers!! no he does not have that level of juice, he's just an employee...

I still love the hellfish, but it could strand a fella, the cloth cannot hold a stitch well enough to contain a plump bladder....

pretty kick ass kite though...

what else ya got ? no pictures, or stories of past glory? just a little made up tattle tale? how very dull

carry- on

Reminder: the topical question refers to "classic collectables".

The bar is very high for such status (if even achievable), and will hopefully preclude the usual list of everybody's favoured equipment...hopefully.

i'd wager that some historic kites would be worthy to some collectors, like a speed record breaker 4 example

minus the freewave and the vapor we have a nice little list started.

nothing against those two pieces of kit, they are just rather normal and current.

You might love your stuff, but collectible doesn't even have to be good. just really really noteworthy.

holy fark fo. Dude didn't slam on you at all. I think hes rather stoked you might have squeezed a kite out of this industry. A shiny chrome one is all the cooler. Show us a photo of that bad boy.

I remember thinking.... Holy shit, that thing is gonna render all that other stuff obsolete. Seriously.. chrome... It looked that good. And a ballsy C kite design... Plenty of peeps can still make that look real good. I'll give you 300 bucks for it if it still holds air?
