Dimitri: Your suggestion that you would give an extra free kite if someone were waiting for their stuff seems laughably naive as their problems is most certainly a cashflow issue, which means that they cannot pay for the kites they are trying to produce. Especially considering your last venture where people did not get the products they paid for.
Hello Mr.
tautologies,
This is the reason why my kite company is doing so well. Not just because of the quality and performance of the product we carry but because of our customer service. And this is the reason why I mention about giving a FREE kite plus the kites he ordered. But if they are going out of business then this will be hard.
Any way I wish him luck and hopefully they will get him his kites or his money back.

Hi,
I`ve been negotiating with Simone lately and we reached an agreement about covering.
Things evolved now and I can go one with my life/business here also.
So, i dont have any claims against the Royal any more.
As Simo now personally owe Royal Kiteboarding as a brand, i think he will try to clear those things sooner or later with all of you.
Cheers, and good luck to you all. Hope you can reach some agreements too.
Talking about Mikael Johannesen (who left the company but happily collected this money from all of us), you have my blessing to „teach” him some manners. He seems to be just an pure a**hole businesman. But life will teach him also- what goes around, comes around.
Cheers,
Keio

What ever you do don't send them any more $$.
Reports are they have gone under and left all the dealers hurting.
The fact they kept telling guys like Matt (SPROCKETT) that their kites were just delayed was rubbish. (9 months after payment... nothing).
Sounds like some team riders got the kites instead of the dealers who actually paid for kites.
Now some new gossip out there says Simone is to start a new company with the same name, this time from Italy. With such a lot of debts to resolve I doubt this is a viable venture.
Perhaps Simone Vanucci could correct me if I'm wrong...

funny how if they are going under, as to why they are still trying to sell gear. 'raceboard + 3 kites, pumps and bars', for 2000euro.
