Hello Mr.Drew22,
I hope we can have the new EPIC Chicken Loop even sooner then "Halloween". You have to understand that I want to make sure our new CL is 110% perfect so I don't get any flows. So in order to do so, you need lots of time so you can test them to the maximum. I am trying the best I can but I also have to rely on the factory for making these new parts I asked 45 days ago. It is taking a long time for them to make it because it has to go through different channels and send them to me so I can test them and so on for the final touch in order to go into production.
I will know more in 2 weeks. Once again, thank you for your patience and understanding.

P.S. These picture were taken today on the OUTER BANKS on the RENEGADE 13 V2 and the REEF 5'7" ATV surf boards with 15 meter lines on the new Epic Chicken Loop.

Hello guys, I know you have been waiting for the new OXYGEN v2 Twin Tip board to come out.
Well here you go, this is the new OXYGEN v2 Twin Tip board.
They will be available through our select dealers worldwide or on our "ONLINE STORE" at www.epickites.com in just a few weeks.

P.S. Also will be starting a new topic called " EPICKITES 3G II ", and will have all the info on the new 3G II products on that topic, because right now 120 pages of info is way too much.

I've said it before but feel I need to shout it out again...loud!

We have been dealing with Epic for a while now and the service they have given us has simply been exceptional and also so easy...why do some companies make it so hard to deal with them, placing orders and getting gear in, particularly!?

We don't get the usual "yeh no problem you'll have the kites/board etc in two weeks" we get them in just a few days shipped direct to us...sometimes like the past few urgent orders we have put into them it has taken only two days from the USA to us here in the UK....no hassles, no lies, no delays...just done, each time and every time!

Maybe other brands have improved also but this was often our experience with other "big" companies.

I have to make a special thanks also to the lady in the office sorting the orders etc she has proved also to be so efficient answering emails etc in minutes which in turn allows us to answer our customers almost immediately.

Obviously we also want to once again thank both Dimitri & Helen for offering both an awesome product but also for running such a well oiled business.

Cheers guys, I know how hard you all work but man it shows and you are making so many people so happy!

Marc

Hello guys,
Will be starting our EPIC DEMOS this weekend (Sept 22) here on the Outer Banks (NC.USA) until November 25th.
The demos will be available to any one who's interested in demoing the EPIC products.
So if you plan a trip to the Outer Banks and want to test and see what EPIC is all about please feel free to contact me via email at: dimitri@epickites.com or via this KITEFORUM or FACEBOOK or just call me.
Once again, make sure to demo the Epic kites and boards before you spend money and buy something else that you will regret later. We have seen this so many times and this is the reason why we came with this warning label on all our ads:
"W A R N I N G...........DO NOT BUY ANOTHER KITE UNTIL YOU EXPERIENCE AN EPIC KITE"
