Is there a single company out there that doesn't have a light wind kite that claims to turn like a 12? Obviously it's all marketing hype unless they are comparing their kites to pre 2008 gear.

I'll donate £1000 to the charity of choice to anyone who can prove that their light wind kite turns at the same speed as my 12 Vegas.

Its a 15m kite, so it pulls like a 15m and turns like a 15m.

Actually my 21 Speed 3 doesn't need to turn. It's got the Juice w out working it.

For the heavier riders of the Fly, what is the perfect wind strength for the Fly on a TT for 100kg rider? What about a sensible top end, again on a TT?

I'm about 85 kg, can start super early on a TT. I'm not going to speculate at the exact wind, but not enough for my buddies to pump up....and goes until well over 20mph. I went in pumped up my 10 and had a reasonably powered session.

It is a little hard for me to say exactly how that translates to your weight.

At 120 KGs on my Flydoor XL a steady 11-12 Mph it's amazing at the pull you get. It's a PARK and RIDE kite which I prefer. :happybirthday: :happybirthday: :happybirthday: :happybirthday: :happybirthday:
