I tried the 9m chaos today in 22kn wind. Its got a very on off power feel to it, not as smooth as the nomads. Not really my cup of tea. I wouldn't say its a good replacement for the old nomad but should be good for the free style guys. It did boost really high, hang time not that great. Couldnt test it much in the waves. I own 2010 and 2011 nomads but not the 2012 nomad.

Thanks for the feedback on this thread. Looks like the drifter may be it, although I do like to air out.
