The welding is not different to another spreader bar from Mystic that I have near me, yet that other one is not twisting... Still in fog here

It is not pads jobs to keep it in right angle. That is done by tightening the belts

Never happened to me and i have been riding Mystic for about 8 years...
Try and tighten the straps next time and if that doesn't work then go to the local dealer so he can take a look.

I currently ride a Mystic Warrior with Clicker 3 and this never happened to me, even if i don't tighten the straps.
On the other hand, maybe it does happen all the time while riding with the kite up at the Zenith and then straightens out again. I will try to notice next time on the water.

I see you did not fasten the lower strap. That should make a helluva difference.

What do you mean? More specific, please, because as far as I know all the straps were fastened

take a look at the picture, it runs through the loop under the hook, I believe all mystic harnesses are equipped with it. Your video was too blurry, I can't say if you have mystic harness or only bought mystic spreader bar, that's the only explanation I have for why you don't have it there



edit: looking at mystic website, looks like there are some models, that might not have the strap. One I can see is Supporter model. I guess they dropped it because it's seat harness, so no way it would be riding up, but frankly I would not want a mystic harness without it (for the starters I'd never opt for seat though). I believe lots of companies use this extra strap nowadays, they make perfect sense.

Yeah, the bottom strap should help with that.

I just wish they would go back to the classic spreader bar where there was just a hook. No clicking in or any of that. Its always a pain to detach after 2 hrs of kiting

lol...on my Blazer waist harness I don`t have a lower strap
case solved...but not in my favor!!!!

P.S. seems there are 2 types of this clicker spreader bars, one for a lower strap and another (that I should be using with the Blazer harness) without lower strap...like in the attached pic.
I suddenly feel sorry for choosing Mystic!

As far as i know the Blazer harness is not intended for kiteboarding it's intended only for snowkiting and landboarding.
