I second that Plummet.. 'nicely presented video Gunnar.
Yeech! .. at the crowded conditions. I am spoiled; a busy afternoon is four others out. Even then, most kite away from the launch.

Quote: Gotta be the 15m Speed 3...
Highest jumping kite I know!
Nope! 12m Speed 3.... My go to kite for highest jumps. 15m definitely has more hang time. I appreciate the input. I am going to take Billy up on the demo of the north kites. Already have the Speed 3 15m, it is truly an awesome kite. However, where I live there are days when the wind is so gusty, that you really need a tube kite.

I was about to answer your post shortly after you posted it - untill I saw some of the answers, and realised you were NOT in search of a small kite with huge jumps But a huge 15m2 kite with medium jumps instead. My mistake - I read the title as "being able to jump 15m high" with good hangtime too, and as you wrote you only got really big kites (9 and 11 and 21m2) I thought you wanted a normal (wave)sized or even a small sized kite, like 5-6-7m2, for 15m high jumps A bit off the topic maybe - but how come the term "15m" is used about a "15m2" kite ? Is this only in US, or ? Very confusing IMO Or simply lazyness, easier to say "fifteen meter" than "fifteen squaremeter" ? We got the same erroneously term here in Denmark, regarding windspeed, where many use a wrong and completely reversed unit because it is easier and more "smart" to say Peter PS: Sorry, I am "damaged", being an engineer, I know...

Peter, I can jump higher on a 12m FS s3 than I can on my 9m fuel. I don't jump too bad on my 9m Fuel. I have certainly hit 15+m on a 12m 'squared' FS kite.

For what it's worth...I also ride Ozone Edge kites. I have an 11M and a 15M 2012 Edge. The 15M boost and float is stupid sick. The float on the 15M is incredibly long compared to my 11M Edge.
I have flown Cabrinha Xbows, North Evos, and Liquid Force Envys so those are the only kites I can compare the Edge to. The Edge out boosts and out floats them all. Not my personal opinion...it just flat out does.

Not my personal opinion...it just flat out does. i'd like to fly the 15m edge and compare that to the speed. the speed certainly out floats the 13m edge by a factor of 2 to 1. so i suspect it would also outfloat the 15m edge.... but it would make a worthy comparison. ps i'.ve been had the most hange time on my 15m speed. been the highest on the 11m edge . had the most explosive boost on the 10m c4 and the most manic lift fest session on the 8m cat in crazy winds. mmmh. most of all i think i crave the 35 knots super powered 8m sessions

How about 14 torch? I'm thinking you're looking for something aggressive. I mean I love the fly and it really goes well in light winds. I have to still test it jumping more in higher winds.
C kites have fantastic abilities and the 14 torch will definitely be a departure from whet you are used to...
