I haven't rode the 2013 envy yet should be next couple weeks, by the looks of things it turns a little quicker and has better low end. Also the construction on liquid force kites are super strong. Plus if 2012 got any thing go by the relaunch will be sick.

Tried the 2012 back to back with the 2013. The 2013 turns a lot quicker but it didn't fell like it had better low end... maybe worse than the 12, but only a little bit. The relaunch was the same... pretty effortless.
