Local Beach: The Elbe Beach (on the Elbe River in Germany) is my local beach but it is rather difficult to kite there most of the time.
Favorite Beaches: El Yaque amd Cumbuco are my all time favorites. However, Peniche has some sick spots as do Tenerife and Fuerteventura. There are just too many to name.

The Canaries is fun! :thumb: I got shot down in another forum but I had great wind conditions and good surf for my kite trip. Check these guys out for some Canary Islands kite surfing adventures! They treated me right and I did it on a pretty tight budget. Hope this helps. :mosh:

- Ryanair
- Rent a small car (Fiat Panda) for €99,- / week ( book an pay online before)
- Self catering: enough Supermercado's - and eat out whenever

- Tenerife: only El Medano one beach more or less divided in two by rocks - small waves to 4 foot waves - high wind probability - the north shore : probably feasible but unknown
- Gran Can: not good
Vargas due to the rocks best with high tide
The sandy beaches of Maspalomas are too far to walk with gear
Airport - near airport - not sure if you still can kite there
- Lanzarote: ok: with two beaches - but not best
- Fuerte: best of all
South: René Egli - mostly off shore - highest wind probability - 7-8 Bft is common - flat to small waves
North: Corralejo: Flag beach: ok small nice waves
Corralejo: Glass beach when it works (wind & waves) the waves are big
North shore: several spots for waves with rocks- only for experienced wave kiters
North shore near Cotillo: flat water spot at high tide
West: Cotillo: west coast: big waves that close out over 100m on many occasions
La Pared: can be great too - but harder to get there

When not enough wind in Corralejo go: http://naturalsense.eu/ Achim Bolten for SUP (Stand Up Paddle) even when little wind then there are still good gentle waves to ride on a SUP.
