If yours are not falling apart then probably no need. Really boards just don't change all that much from year to year or a few for that matter.
Well... Xenon's first batch of boards were produced in 2009.
They do make small changes from year to year especially in the footstraps and pads.
I guess you are right, there is no real need to replace a board that you like.
If I recall the warranty on the 2009 and 2010 Xenon boards was for 3 years, so again no need to replace it.
