apartment for rent in Brazil?

Hello, I am looking for a safe and very cheap apartment for rent in Brazil for a friend (kitesurfer) looking to stay there to restore his life after a bad happening.

The time should be from the end of November till1 to 2 months max.
any place around the coast of Ceara' - Piaui' is be good.

Any help to find a safe and good place to stay is very appreciated!

just in case: he has high working skills in graphics (web design, graphic design) and is also a certified kitesurf instructor.
