I rode 12m 2012 this summer long and I have the feeling that I live in the most windless place on Earth .tony montana wrote:Have 14,10,8,2012, thinking of getting 14,9,6, 2013,75kg,wave ride only, like to waveride under powered rather than over powered, strapped and strapless,on shore, side on mostly,14 2012 park on north nugget start 10 knots in waves, a little less in flat water, wind range i ride in 10 to 35 knots, any advice or help on above quiver, would be great.thanks TONY,
Thanks taut,2013 9 meter has more bottom end,and every meter smaller counts waveriding, love the 8 meter, but its a bit of a handful in 35 knots, gusting from 30 to 40,6 meter waveriding more fun and control in this wind range,i have quite a few surfboards so this will help with gaps in wind range, kite in florida twice a year so need 14 other wise i would go 12,TONYtautologies wrote:There is a bit of a gap between the 14 and 9...surely it will work, and the 9 is epic in waves, but you're not afraid that the 14 will be very very powered before you can use the 9? I have not ridden the 14 yet though, so I'm asking as a matter of curiosity. \

There is a good overlap between the 12 and Fly for sure.runner1 wrote:How much overlap is there between the 12m Park and the Fly? I Amy thinking of the same quiver but are worried that the overlap is too small.
