Ok ...you need to just put the 2 loops against each other

Then put the "noseline pigtail loop" over both of them..then thread through those 2 loops..

....coming from underneath ....the tab end of pigtail....then just tug on tab end and tighten all

The whole connection should come out nice and clean

You do have an important piece missing (noseline pigtail) ...in your photo...do you have that part?

Yes the noseline pigtail is blue

Sorry no picture of it assembled
Just look for example at one of the "long front line leader" attaching to the leading edge of kite

Just "pull it apart a little bit" and you will see the how it is attached to the loop on leading edge

It is looped over then through from underneath....just do the same with blue noseline pigtail :thumb:

Hi,

I have the same problem for a Rebel 2012. Is the first 5th line kite I use and I detached some knots on the noseline when unpacking it as it didn't look right to me but I haven't detach them completly. The 2 noselines are not the same length where the knots are so if you pull it is not a straight line to the center, but will point to the right side. checked the manual and extensive search on the net, there is no single article showing how these lines should be attached. Not even the reseller seems to know it....fustrating! I normally like to de-mount and mount my equipment to understand it and verify it so I really want to know how this should be. I also would like to see this explained in the manual!

North guys or riders; could you post a video please or very descriptive documentation?

cheers
Isidro

This is the first that I've ever heard of the noselines being the wrong length. This is also the first that I've heard of a customer removing the noselines, so I'm wondering if there is a connection between the two. Under normal circumstances, replacing the noselines should be extremely extremely simple. There are two identical lines, two attachment points on the LE, and one small pigtail to connect the other ends of the lines together.

In your particular case it looks like there is something very weird going on, as those two noselines are apparently not the same length... Although it also looks like you may have a knot in one of the lines that would be causing the problems. There should be labels on each of the separate lines, stating what kite they are for and their length in cm. Can you PM me with what it says on each of those labels and let me know what size the kite is (so I can let you know what the correct length is)?

Thanks everybody for help me, now I understand what happened I lost the small pigtail.
There isn't any connection, in my case the length is okay I only lost the one small pigtail to connect the other ends of the lines together.
Where can I buy aonther one?
