hi iam one step before buying the evo 2013, i test the 2012 9m evo and iam very impressed.2013 looks amazing by the way so my iam wonder which 2 kite set up is better , 7m - 10m evo or 9 - 12m evo
I have and a light wind board so the first set up sounds for me better or is not?

I went to 10m2 and 7m2.
With my 65kg 10m2 gets me going upwind with ease on 13 knots with Select 132 or Gambler 139. When I need to touch depower, I can change to 7m2 which is well powered or just jump huge airs with 10m2.
The choice depends how low winds you want to go and in how low winds you want to jump with it. 12 knots is ok for me as usually try to go out when it hits 12-14 knots and above. I wanted the bigger kite to have the "small" kite feeling also.

Well, I'm using the new bar with 22m lines on the 2013 evo, also with bar width set to narrow. Having compared it on my old bar with 24m lines, I have certainly noticed the more direct feeling, and maybe a little less powerful, but hard to tell. The shorter lines and the fact i guess that there is less stretch, everything is really intuitive, wave riding, jumps and turns, there is always precise feedback. 22m are also super sweet on my 2012 10m although ive only tried it with wide setting.
