I just watched this video about Sebastien Salerno training at Luderitz last week
Impressive speed: 50knots+ with 30knots of wind

Today (Monday) is forecast to have more wind so its worth keeping an eye on the Facebook and Twitter reports in case they break the kitesurfing record.

Sebastien Cattelan did 53.27kts in 30-35 knots of wind!
Jochen Bock have just smashed the National Record today on his 1st run hitting a nice gust: 49.36kts!! WSSRC :thumb:
