I'm sure if there is no wind meter present that could be run up a flagpole, Supa will claim that there was a gradient that started just above the highest point that someone could reach with their hands, and that it was blowing 18 knots up there.

Actually my session last night 4pm til dark was.....
............. a gradient wind SSE at my 5th street beach in waves !!!
Rigging up my 19 on the ground was 8kn...launched and put kite overhead 12kn...got on water 16kn
To make the wind have even more power the drift/current on the inside was 1kn against the wind
I was depowered 3/4 of the way...and went up in jumps...20ft high
My wife sitting on crossover was shaking her head in disbelief..
.....the palms /sea oats were barely moving
