As far as I'm concerned they are all to flexi. I want a stiff wakestyle board somewhere in the lines of a cable flex board like my SS Reflex just with kite friendly rocker. Besides you don't need as much flex with more rocker. The rocker helps eat it up.

Custom and POP have. FLX from LF has grind base but no channels. Dlx for instance got channels but no grind base (and is a sweet board for air tricks).

I have not tried the pop yet. I would like too but I'm not going to spend that kind of money on a board I can't ride first. I am disappointed in both SS and LF as they both have their roots in wake yet they hold strong to the kiting dogma of flat flex boards. I would love to see some other board co.s get in the game like Ronix.

DLX is not a flat-flexy board, asylum is not flat as well, judging from what I have seen. I agree that most of their boards are either flexy or flat. The market for stiff, high rockered boards is not that big. Heck, cab custom is not very stiff, which is said to be the top wakestyle board. In terms of comfort my 2009 cab custom was super nice for my knees and smooth on chop.

I had a 2011 Cab Custom, just didn't work for me. I think the Hadlow's continuos outside rocker, with 3 stage centre rocker makes it unique (thus creating a concaved mid section).

The Hadlow is pretty sweet. I had one of the originals, and would get another one when they become available.
Another board that I'm going to try is the Airush Livewire, but again its not available until the new year.
I heard January for the next generation Hadlow, Aaron had a couple proto shots up on his facebook page.
If I were you, I'd wait until those two hit the market, and see what people say. If you absolutely cant wait then I'd snag a POP from Tona.

I'll probably end up on an Asylum this year but doesn't mean it's really what I'm looking for. There is no production kite board out there that has what I want .

Can the Hadlow wakestyle board be used behind a board? will it perform as well as any other wakeboard?
