I know who it is.
Ricki calls him "Kiter A" because calling him out by name
(MIke Bradley) isn't politically correct, which of course is far more important than a spot getting shut down. 
Maybe Ricki can post "Kiter A's" video of him doing weak ass kiteloops right in a swim area?
Otherwise, you might find his # in the Yellow Pages under "Douchebags".
There's another pic of the tat on the cover of the August 2007 Kiteboarder magazine.
And if you get a random ass kicking by complete strangers, at least now you know why.
