Most locations for gliding that are learning spots, I.e., below tree line are on private property and run from southern nh to far north...if you find fields that slope towards NW your on the right track.
Other areas that I'm going to strongly recommend avoiding are all above treeline from Mount Madison south, towards Mount Washington.
But you'll realize that kiting up there let alone gliding is very dangerous as the terrain is not for the new kiters... Think 2-3 hour hike/skin to the best spot and then pray for soft wind and sun not gusty junk wind and fog/whiteout conditions. Basically considering only 1-2 kiters have ever been on Washington and other peaks in the winter, and a couple small but non injury based accidents have taken place up there,,, I'm not condoning or supporting gliding on Washington or above treeline peaks over the Internet.

As its not likely but if a kiter does one day get hurt... It's going to be bad..and far from help. Kiting could be ( but not likely ) be banned.
Sorry no videos but ill get some this year if conditions get good.

Here is an old photo from 2008 with a zoom lense zoomed in.
I was very high above the photographer...
NH!!!
FYI
Chic Chocs, Gaspe, and New York ( Tug Hill ) have a few really good places to glide as well as practice gliding basics. Launch to flight is easy... Landing is or can be tricky.
