...try doing a tandem with your son...both on same 11ft board..him on the V2 and you on the V3

It gradually picks up during the afternoon...and should reach 10kn

SURF 8 & 12 for the waves. RENEGADE 6.5 and 9 for all around kiting. And some times I use my son's JUNIOR PRO 4 when it blows 45+ for the waves.

Since you will be in the Fort Lauderdale /Pompano area....this is what is forecasted
Cold front tomorrow with great wind speed and "direction" to play in the surf
