Oh, I can remember some fun ones when I was learning.
Went out overpowered in big surf. I was enjoying the hell out of myself boosting off the top of the waves. I caught a particularly good one, ended up sending the kite too far, got half a rotation unintentionally, and pulling on the wrong side of the bar to try to correct... Caught a gust and came down horizontally at speed flat on my side with the kite hitting the water at the same time I did.
That was the big one. There have been others, often embarassing.
Any tool that wants to tear you down like you don't know how to kite because you are honest about your errors, and imply that they are some shining veteran kite warrior who has never had a major yard sale crash is FOS.
