I guess that's one advantage of not putting the size on the kite - you can change the square meterage without telling anyone
I just hope every new "V" model gets a bit more square meterage....
...so that one day (maybe the V8)...will have the power of my 19

You estimated the V2 to be 16m by comparison with your 16m Cab
Dimitri gave us all a gift of knowledge when he said publicly that the V1 mystery size was 14.8m
According to my square meterage theory (0.6+)with each new model released..i give the V2 15.4m
V3 16.0.....V4 16.6...V5 17.2.....V6 17.8.....V7 18.4.....V8 19.0m
now that's powerful

Personally I'm more than happy with the size of the Infinty as it is....whatever it is!
Any bigger and it will be a tank like most other light wind trucks

Once again the
INFINITY V2 has the power of a 19 meter but turns like a 14 meter. And this is what most of the kiters want for their light wind kite.
They want something that will turn on command and not wait for the kite to turn.

Have you forgotten already the lesson you learned visiting SupaEZ on December 11th?
321Kiteboarding is almost done with the movie of our side by side...and you had the better V3
We will let the video speak....words are overrated ......let's all SEE what really went down

I'm 100% confident the inferiority of the "Infinity" will be revealed. The "Core 19m" will outperform the "Infinity" on all criteria, ESPECIALLY the one that matters: Ability to get you going early in LIGHT winds.
I would have written him a check right there and then if his kite was better than mine...but it was not
P.S i did get going earlier in the light wind that we had 7-9kn max avg 8kn
But he needed 7-11kn avg 9kn.......which never happened

Some folks on the forum tried both and posted they like the Infinity better, you have tried both and choose to keep your 321/Core ambassador deal intact, not a surprise.

You are right ..no surprise
His kite needed more wind to get going
I remember coming towards him
I was 100 ft away from beach on a full plane in 8kn
He was 10 ft away from the beach on a sub-plane working hard not to end up on beach also in 8kn
Right before we crossed (dead onshore wind) i am going South and he his going North
Made sure he saw me...i looked into the white of his eyes (not sure he saw me without his contacts)
Did a 6 ft air forward 1 1/2 transition with kite downloop to toeside and planed off on the other tack
For the short time we were both able to go out i did 5 type jumps/ transitions
Many with looping the kite effortlessly......that kite turns fast and precisely... with lots of power
He was only able to get one 4ft air back roll transition and landed in an insufficient amount of water
He was then grounded
End of story
Ambassador or not the issue here is who is BS "ing" who here about LW performance
I felt like i was riding against someone with a smaller size kite.....OOOPS i was !
