Rank of Kite Brands based on Popularity?

Hello Folks,

There are many brands out there such as North, Ozone, Cabrinha, Airush, Naish, F-One, Slingshot, Best etc and just wondering the rank based on popularıty, reputation, quality, and being well known.

Just like regular street cars(except Ferrari, Maserati etc.). Let s say for me; 1. Mercedes, 2. Audi 3.BMW and so on

what are your opinions on top 5 brand kite?

I think it is -
1. North (by far)
2. Cabrinha
3. Fone
4. ozone
5. Naish

based on what? Do you have numbers or is this completely taken out of thin air? :-)

I'm just curious. I really do not know.

OP: sale or quality or some function of both?

I'm not sure how you rank these two measurements together. What percentage of the overall ranking is from the quality vs the quantity? This is pretty subjective for quality. How do you rank quality? Is it number of defects reported as a percentage of products sold, or some other metric? For the units, are we talking kites? Boards? Accessories? The actual sales numbers of inflatable kites (excluding trainers) is way off, but I'm interested to see what people think.

I think it can be tough to really figure out as brand populatiry varies drastically by region.

I would never even put north in the mix around here yet the other poster put them ahead by far! I would also never put ozone or even F-one ahead of naish.

In truth I have no idea and can only go on what we see around here, wherever I travel and then some inference from video.
