Hi
I may go in Italy in July-August in Brindisi more specificaly in Specchiolla. Is it a nice kiting area? good months for kiting? what's the wind average (knots)?
Which size of kites I should bring (175lbs)?
Anything I should know?
What's the forecast website I should look at for wind?
enough question...
I just want to dream a bit if I will kite the Mediteranean...
Thanks

from what I found on windfinder...it's mostly offshore winds!
Am I right?

Puglia region is such a beautiful place.
Don't be concerned if it's off shore, 'cause you can easily drive to the other side cost.
In my opinion car, it's a must not only for wind related activitties but also to visit all those nice villages nearby.
July and Aug it's high pressure season in Italy so don't expect much wind.
Have fun !
