Any time I've spoken with LF customer service they have been super helpful and friendly, and take care of any issues or questions as fast as possible to help you get on the water.
wasn't this just a story of someone helping a fellow kiter out?
I'm not trying to slag on someone being a rep, but if we see people in trouble we have to help.
..also towing a kite in is easier than it might sound. Just make sure you don't get tangled
