Newest storm shows widespread goodness BUT - its been a lacking season for the Bighorns so far....until ... This week. If forecasters are only 1/2 right there'll be 15" thru the week ahead. Actual forecast says over 30" thru Thurs. Clearing & winds turn S. by Fri. THE perfect setup!
Hope to see a few folks up there...

Load up, be ready and if it comes: rendezvous!!!
Really, the models towards the weekend are showing another Ririe/Bondo fest. This sure is the winter for NW jet.
In spite of the NW jet, there is good Hi-Low pressure separation to keep the SW surface winds in place. I see that all week until Friday. After that (I know its almost a week out), I see the classic Ririe setup.
