Make sure you protect your eyes as often as possible against UV radiation with sunglasses
I'm 34. I plan on getting some glasses for kiting and wake this year.

I approve that age group very much
Usually late 40's and 50's can be a little too late in life to get this done...
...because the eyes often go through so many other changes
So if you are in 20's and 30's ....and can afford it....you will enjoy many many years......
.....of great hassles free ( Rx glasses & contacts) vision
And please keep reducing the amount of "cumulative radiation from the sun" ....
.....with adequate sunwear while riding...to prevent serious eye problems down the road

Hey flaps1111...when they do Lasik they remove a thin "flap" from the cornea
Are you by any chance the owner of the famous Bates Motel
