It works but i prefer Manatee park in Cape Canaveral...520 too crowded for my taste
The wind may be WNW in afternoon
For Manatee you have to be real good at going upwind...the wind is directly onshore..on a West
At 520 the wind is sideshore
Manatee has many obstacles +exercise stations + only a small area to get in and out of the water
The wind is of higher quality (less turbulent / gusty) because the river is wider upwind of the park
