OK guys,
I must choose beetween XBow or Sblade.
2013.
9 meters.

I want:
1. High end performances (keep its shape & abilities in 30 knts)
2. Lift
3. Hangtime

I don't care about any other consideration (speed, bar pressure, etc)

What would be your choice?

1. they are equal
2. Xbow
3. Xbow

Not by huge amounts. They both boost pretty good, but the Xbow goes higher for longer.

I see that you also deal Ozone.
Would you compare an Xbow 9m with an Edge 9m?
They seem to have similar high AR...

I can ride ANY of te Cabrinha models....the 9m XB is by far my favorite for hooked in BIG air and HANG time.

All else being equal, I personally ride the Edge for height and hangtime. But only by a wee little bit. There are other factors that influenced my personally preference beyond what you specified. Either way, it's the Edge by a nose.

Since you open the door on specific questions, could you tell us if the XBow 2013 9M has a lower bar pressure compare to previous editions?

You should consider the Cabrinha Velocity 9m if you are concerned about bar pressure. They are very limited, but you should be able to get one in March if you look around now. Compared to the Crossbow, the Velocity turns faster, uses less of the trim strap to cover a similar wind range, and has much less bar pressure.

Incidentaly, the Switchblade jumps higher than the Crossbow, but the Crossbow has better hangtime. This is a fact and not opinion. Good luck!

How does the bar pressure and turning compare on the 16m? I rented a 16xbow to use for a week to test it out, and I found that more than anything i was most uncomfortable because of the insane bar pressure and force on my lower back. I decided not to purchase it, but would consider a 16 V for light wind if it was comparable to say my 13xbow in pressure...

Bar pressure is not that much of a concern for me: I was simply asking because I though this information could be helpfull 4 me & 4 everybody reading this topic.

Anyway... This "Velocity"...
Does it jump ???
