So what does it say. Windsurfing is for boys and kitesurfing is for girls.
I am just still pissed at windsurfers fir running a probaganda against kitesurfing. When kitesurfing was selected for Olympics we did not run probaganda against them. f*** windsurfers and everything that has with mr. Pryde to do. And when will kite be alowed at Hokipa instead of windsurfing. We are still just underdogs after all these years. Even this commercial shows it :x

bro rinse the sand out of your panties. Windsurfers share the ocean with us, and are our friends. The reason the advertisers put a boy on the windsurfer has nothing do with what you think. The ad people looked at a windsurfer looked at the long stiff mast, saw a phallic symbol, and put the boy on it. It's a commercial not real life!

Commerical rocks btw even with the fake double loop. I welcome all the ladies that see this and think "Kitesurfing is for me!"

ok. fair enough

In fact I did windsurf some 15 years ago, and some of my best friends still do. And sharing the ocean to gether is great fun. And it could almost be as this add.

But that does not change the fact that some windsurfers unfortunately treat kitesurfers like shit. Especially in the waves. And the way the organisation of windsurfers had a probaganda campaign against kitesurfing is still so crystal clear. And that is where the sand is hard to get out of the pants...

All the windsurfers I know are excellent awesome and pretty mellow, even when we occasionally land on them. As for the politics, stay away from it, unless you are actually competing, all it does is stress you out. Good winds and waves for both windsurfers and kiters :-)

Its just a V W commercial aimed at car drivers, not sports people.

V W are actually quite good sponsors of both Kiting (Alex Caizergues - speed) and Windsurfing (Phillip Koester and the Moreno twins-22 World Titles) so its good to have their money coming into both sports.

This is the Volkswagen Transporter Arena speed venue built for kite speed in Southern France.

And Iballa Moreno
