Sure, but as far as I have seen, the Iphones were never that great at pictures or video. Nor do they do all the things like higher frame rate, or burst shot mode, or have a wide angle lens that you want on an action camera...

Its nice if you have an iphone and cant afford a go pro but id hate to take a chance on messing up my phone.

Awesome Idea.
I've got a go pro and sometimes its hard to frame a shot. would be much easier with the I-Phone.
Sure no where near the quality or functionality of a go pro. but for a quick internet video I think that would be great.

BWD: i could see it mainly because you can have an iphone 4 free now on a two year contract. Now if youve got the newest iphone5 you should probably be able to afford a goPro. I get what your saying though.

They have a lifeproof case for the ipad. I have one for my iphone5 and love it. No longer fear being near water lol

These are good value compaired to the Hit Case for the i phone 4/4s/5.If all you want is to do is upload to you tube then a better option than a go pro .Go pro's are good quality video but a pain to edit ect unless you have a good up to date spec pc/mac .
