[quote="Dimitri M"] I am not Superman and sorry I fell in the water, it happens to all of us.
You can see in the video that the kite went slowly on its side and touch the wing tip and was resting there while I was trying to get back on the SUP board.
But the kite never fell out of the sky like most kites do.
Yes you are right Mr. latino. I knew you had a video and was able to catch me falling in the water.
But you have to understand that once I was far away from the shore, the next thing was to turn around so I can get back to the beach.
So I was trying to turn on the 12 foot SUP board that you let me borrow and for the life of me could not turn that big board at all.
So suddenly the SUP board start moving side ways towards the kite with no pressure on the lines so I fell in the water and the wing tip of the kite slowly went and touched the water.
So I got back on the SUP and was trying to relaunch it.
This is what you see on the video you just posted.

I wonder what is your excuse for making this story up !!!!
Mr.Latino's video does not show YOU in the water... before your kite got wet...
You got that SUP turned around to other tack quite easily as it turned out....
...but your kite did not follow your command in 5-6kn..
...the LE stayed facing away from beach until the moment it got wet
When viewing both videos side by side with the time frame their is a motor boat that reveals it all
In your video at time 7:05 to 7:08 you are on other tack with SUP struggling with the V3 to turn...
Your are ON the board and have not yet felt the wake of that motor boat.
On Latino's video at time 1:18 to 1:23 you get a different vantage point of that same motor boat
You are on your board with kite wingtip touching with LE facing away from beach
There is NO WAY that you fell in AND had time to get back on before the boat's wake hits you
By the way you have an amazing balance staying on that SUP when the wake hits that board
One more reason why it makes no sense that you would just fall in when the water was flat....
....and kite was still flying (poorly)
There is a CLOSE UP of you...and you look Supa Dry
You probably got WET when you had to pack your kite up ..(in that respect you did fall in the water)
......and do the SUP paddle of shame
What do you think of my detective work?.....it sure helps using a big screen not to miss any details
The timing of the motor boat in the background is really what gave you away
So what is your excuse
