I went back.
Right after one of the welds broke on my Dyna Bar while I was out riding. That wasn't fun. I had maybe 20 sessions on it.
Plus I like the more solid connection at the harness anyway.

You should know that hooks on standard spreder bars break too, weld could be a weakeness.
The new model has been improved and reinforced.

Easy to retrofit a harness with a slider. Get appropriate line and tie it off (bowline knot) to opposite sides of your harness with enough slack. Get a sufficiently large screw pin shackle which will slide along the line. Total cost...less than $10. Why spend more if you just want to try it?

Check- did this- sawed off the hook on a spreaderbar and it works good- but would like to find a smoother slider- Mine " sticks" a little and i have to give it a nudge by twisting body. I´m using a SS carabiner that has closed loop on one end. see pic

So in other words... If I buy one and don't like it can I return it?

Its very easy to stick a screwdriver through it and lever that eye out.
Another way is to connect part of the Q/R to the harness if you are not going to unhook.

So that is a no to returns... I just want to demo one and there seems to be no way to do it.
