The last two weeks in south central Alaska have been blessed with epic conditions. We have had 5 days of east wind sessions, and 3 with a west wind. Add awesome powder conditions and sunshine, and you get some super stoked folks around here, especially the ones that traveled all the way up here for the spring festivities.
Monday April 1st had us kiting across Portage, up to the Burns glacier, up and across the Burns to the final 800 vert hill climb up to the Whittier glacier. Snow and wind conditions were perfect, and we had unarguably the best 8 hour kite session of our lives. What a zone!
Post up your Alaska stoke and pictures here, and share some secret spots with the rest of us!
