I did the 17M,19M, 25M kites....back when they were truly dangerous.
15 Meter is bigger than I want to fly anymore.....19-21 not even a consideration.
If I lived in a place where I had to fly the real monsters all the time, I would give up kiting or move to better winds.
Yes i consider that light wind...fun LW conditions to practice all kinds of moves
Less than 12 knots but more than 9 knots...10 to 11 knots of steady wind to be exact
Hey kite culture with your 13 and your 150 lbs you would be barely going in our surf in 10-11kn

Oh.. for sure!!!!!!
Who doesn't enjoy watching that episode of Andy of Mayberry from 1965 (for the 4000th time) where old Barney Fyfe tells his story of apprehending the bad guys.

You should really go find that Andy of Mayberry episode.
I think that you would be very interested in seeing Barney Fyfe do his stuff.
Very familiar performance.
I'm sure you would find it enlightening and entertaining.

This video is a much better promotion for the Infinity, 15-22 knots (aka 9-13 knots ) is where this kite is probably really good in my opinion This whole promotion of it as an ultra light wind kite was a mistake in my opinion, but at the end of the day everyone makes mistakes

I just want you to know this is a waist of my time and it will be the last time I respond on this post.
So once again I did prove what the INFINITY V1 & V2 can do in light wind (2 to 5 knots) - (7 to 12 knots) and stronger wind (11 to 17 knots).
Plus I would like to thank you for doing this because you don't know how many INFINITY kites we have sold for the past 6 months, it's crazy.
Maybe I should give you guys a commission for all the great work you have done with this thread.

Two to five knots is not light wind...it is BS wind
Seven to twelve knots is light wind...average nine and a half knots which is ideal speed for Infinity
I disagree there. 9 knots on the infinity for me would be overpowered. I've been snow kiting on an earlier version (v2) and its not the kite for me because there would be such a short range. I had it flying in about 6 knots....my guess... The 13 wouldn't stay stable, and would back stall, but the infinity launched ( side launch, not hot) and stayed stable at 12. For me... If it will stay stable, I can ride. Once I got the kite moving and up to speed, I could stay upwind. But again, I can use my 13 starting at about 8-9 knots, so I wouldn't buy the infinity for that extra knot or so.
But in 10 knots, I might be able to hold it down....12 knots, no way, tht thing has a lot of pull. Would be ideal for big guys.
