Condado area, maybe you can launch in front of Marriot Hotel, but there are no kiters in that area.

Go east to Ocean Park, you can launch from any of the Streets: (Yardley street, Gertrudis street, San Miguel street) ; next to San miguel is Hotel Hosteria (there is a kite School there) Lot of kiters and beachgoers on that area. If you keep going east you will find “Ultimo Trolley” there is New kite school (Naish representatives). All these spots are very close to each other, you can walk from spot to spot, but from condado maybe you need a car to get there…. Also you can get easy access to the outside reef from any of these spots. Easy launch from any of these spots and the locals will help.

If you keep going east, you will find “Puntas” , another big kite community,, also there are some windsurfers there (there are less beachgoers on that area) Launch on this spot is probably a little more difficult. If you keep going east, then you will reach “Isla Verde”. There are two spots in Isla verde (behind the cementery) and Hotel LaPlage (cool Spot)

Have Fun!!
