2013 Parks have better low end, more grunt & turn faster than previous 2 editions. I had the 2011 & 2012 12m Parks & opted for the 2013 14m this season as my lightwind kite & i am super pleased i did. I can now get out in 14 knot breezes on my SB @98 kgs the 14 definitely turns slower than my 2013 10m but its no slouch for a kite of that size.
I've only used it in very small surf on super light days & it's okay but i wouldn't want to take it out in big surf on super light days if you need to bail off a wave in a super hurry but that could be due to my surf riding skills.

I've ridden Naish Kites for about 5 years, and got a new 2012 Park 14 last year - couldn't believe how slow it turned. I was shocked, it was so disappointing. I had to manually grab the line at the bottom of the kites decent to make it fly skyward. Fortunately I bought it from a great friend and dealer who exchanged it for a 2012 Naish Bolt, which turns so much faster. Too bad Naish isnt making the Sigmas any more. I love how they turn and handle Gusts. I hear the 2013 Park's turn much quicker.. I will add that the construction was bomb proof, and I love their Bars and safety.

The 2013 14m2 is the best 14 Naish have made ever...!
Really enjoy it.
