Looking to purchase a new TT and just wanted some input on these two choices.
Thanks!

Just got to test the Raptor Pro yesterday.
IMO The Trax is a more versatile board, the Raptor has a slightly better pop. very slightly.
Both are excellent boards
I currently ride a Xenon LaLuz. If you get a chance demo one.

I have had two raptor pros (one pro and one pro ltd) over the years and still ride them when not on directional. Great boards like Joe said. Great pop, easy on the landings, just an all around great freeride board that I would highly recommend. Great build quality as well. Had one for probably around 4 years and still in great condition. Only negative to the raptor pro is its low end and upwind. Has average low end and upwind ability. When powered not a problem. Great upper end and holds an edge real well when powered. I have no experience with f-one trax.

if you want to compare comfort of boards, you should compare Raptor Pro LTD Vs Trax.
if you want to maximize high performace for freestyle you should compare Raptor Pro Vs Trax.

Both are excellent boards.
I agree that the Trax has a little less pop but is more comfy, goes upwind better, holds edge better and also lands well. The Trax can also be maneuvered more if you like wave riding with a TT.
I used to own the Trax 2011 version and then switched to the Xenon LaLuz. Once in a while I give the Trax a go but always decide to stay with the LaLuz.

What does the LaLuz do better than the trax? Also, are the xenon foot pads more comfortable?

mooved from a trax to a crazy fly ltd ,
trax is an awesome board with the best footpad/strap combo but outpriced itself in my eyes
got on the raptor ltd and felt at home on it so in my opinion theres very little to choose from,
as for the la luz, had it on demo for a couple of weeks and it falls way short of the other two,

Can you elaborate on the down falls of the la luz?

Try before you buy!!
If not it's like deciding what your favorite color is based on what other people's favorite color is

Hi,
If you compare Raptor PRO vs LTD - LTD needs more wind but it is also more comfortable to ride, PRO a bit more spray in heavy chop (rocker difference). PRO goes well in the upwind, you will have no probs with that.
