The bad news is that this condition likes to linger for a long time. In my case 6months for the left and 10months for the right one while kiting. The good news is for the first time there is a magic bullet and if you stop kiting you can cure your elbows quite fast.
The first video gives you immediate relief no b.s. it's the only thing that works out there.

The second one is useful for long term prevention.

I hate too much bar pressure because i'm a small girl and unhooking is too difficult. I really like my Epic 9m Screamer. It pulls and is stable but only has enough bar pressure to feel the kite but not rip my arms off. I also like my 7m & 13m Renegade for the pressure. I find the 9m Renegade has too much bar pressure so I just use it for racing. Hopefully that helps a bit.

Try the RRD Religion
Incredible construction quality, and I've never flow a kite with such low bar pressure, but still present and reactive. A pleasure.
I was told the new MRKIII are much more powerful than the ones before, so should suit your need
Just to be clear, I currenty fly North EVOs and NEOs

I will definitely be trying before buying.

Did anyone else get an elbow injury from kiting? Will it ever go away?

Thanx

I did, from riding first generation kahoonas plus cab xbows. Now i have no more problems. I had to work with a special mouse at work for 2 or 3 months. Plus i was doing some daily stretching, i would have to find the wesite for you that explin the exercise. But most important stop using the high bar pressure kite that screwed your elbows in the first place. I am now riding b6 and they are really sweet kite.

Ps i was reading someone getting tendonitis from nemis hp ??? Was on hp v3 last season and i found the bar pressure ok. Heavier than my b6 but the b6 are really light. Funny thing is you always know where the kite is still.

08 and 09 Nemi's, ok bar pressure but other kites have less. Anyway, the Elements worked for me.

Bandit 6 ? Very unstable 3 struts kite, jelly fish a lot in gusty wind .. And the bar pressure is not on the light side at all, more on medium/light pressure.
The velcro-style quick release is not reliable and can only be operated from one side, outdated system.

Yeh been reading this a while now. Higher aspect kites provide lightest bar pressure. But it's a cost benefit analyses regarding grading style. Was on a catalyst today great in the surf but higher bar pressure. Then onto my edge as the swell dropped. Not the best in the waves but very light bar pressure and smooth refinement that becomes the edge wing.

I had so much pain from riding the Cabrinha Switchblades (before my Epic sponsorship) that I could barely lift a beer up to my mouth. I used Arnica 2 times a day for like 3 weeks and it went away. I had the arm pain for like 5 months. http://www.aromatherapynaturalhealing.c ... a-oil.html

Animal Flex joint supplement helped me when i was a gym rat a lot, body weight exercises for me now, took a couple of months to fully heal my elbows

i do ride a 2012 cabrinha switchblade now and the bar pressure hurts my wrist a little after an all dayer, i wouldnt be able to ride anymore bar pressure than that

have yet to find a kite with power with low bar pressure, i like wainman's bar pressure but i prefer higher aspect kites, element was really really light, i cant really demo much in my area

Ozone Edge is unbeatable regarding light bar pressure and power on demand!
You probably don't pump it up enough. It is designed to be pumped up rock solid.
when pumped up right The B6 is one of the more stable kites out there, no jelly fishing at all.
