Got it in Canada on Friday! Very inspiring, now just waiting for the wind to go out and try some of those new tricks! I just wish that it DID have more instructions - not for all tricks but at least for the basis of related tricks (kind of like is done for transitions).

all sections have there how to trailer.
We were just able to fit this content on the 2 DVD or 1 blu-ray...more explanations would have killed it...
Maybe one day I will do a how to for it all. but right now I cannot afford to invest any more penny in this!
But actually it is all about trying it...you need to develop a feeling...I did the same when I had ideas.
Start with the basics explained...then the rest will come from itself!

Very true, it is all in trying and getting the feeling. But at the same time your input is very valuable - you probably don't even realize how much it helps people that start trying new tricks. It could be small details, like loose straps or something. For instance, I always wanted to make "touch the shore" transition, but can't get the timing right...

not sure what you mean with small details...
hey, for the tip touch you need power in the kite! If you don't have that, make sure to fly the kite over the zenith so it creates some lift...
Good luck!

Thanks for the tip
. So far all my attempts at touch end up in me laying on the beach embarrassed
Again, thanks for the great DVD! So much stuff to try, if we only had some wind now...

Can you do the basic transitions on the water where you "stand" in the air?
Same same, just above land

Sorry for turning your DVD thread into basic tricks help - just an accident
The problem is that "touch" is not exactly the same as basic air transition. For basic transition I go up, move the kite, go down the other way. For "touch" I need to go up, then down on shore, then up again. It is like jumping twice but moving kite only once. I'm guessing it is all about timing, will try again...
