... yeah the aspect looks similar but maybe becasue its the 13m!
Funny thing, you know how most C kites look so similar now across all brands nowadays, race kites are getting similar as each other as time goes on, the new Dyno looks very similar to the Ozone Edge:
And theres a good reason for that robbie! yeh thought that as well. The Peter Lynn fury laid over the top of the edge looks like someone has cut it straight for the template. The struts are positioned a little different.
Bit more depth though in that dyno wing looking at those pictures. Slightly less aspect probably why Toby uses the dyno for his airtime and the micro loop. Wish ozone provided one, would love to see what my edge could do with a micro loop on the bar. And I'm not going to buy a north bad just for that, plus I don't want to replace that damn depower rope ever again!!

Yep its a shame so many brands just copy, and yet still make originality claims.
Copy...that's some strong words, I see lots of teams and company's spending tons of money on race kite r & d.
That's like saying it is a shame all F1 cars look the same, they must all be copys...
I think we have just gotten to were we undersatand what works and all company's are forced to use the same materials. So kites end up similar because we expect similiar features from them.
Having the choice to by a shape you like from different brands seems like a better option then each brand making different shapes. Just to be " different". When winning is the goal.

... thats what I was getting at too! If every one is aiming for the ultimate kite, logic says that they are all aiming for the same singular point, of course their gunna look similar!!! Anyway, just an observation is all!

You'd have to be living in la la land to believe that manufacturers do not copy each others ideas and innovations. COPY is just the single word to best describe that activity accurately. Copying to win is a losers mindset and action.
Yes F-1 teams do copy, and yet some, lead and innovate. They are then either copied or other brands lobby to change the rules and have the innovative idea banned, competition is awesome!
Happens across all human endeavours for commercial gain and for personal status/ego gain too.
