... man, if the gopro could change lens then that would be cool! I know you can change the settings but if you could keep the same resolution but change the lens to not so wide when you want to, that's cool!

Hmmm, got me intersted indeed!

Functions seem OK but how small is this camera? Is it as small as a GoPro?

the Rollei Bullet 4s' size is about the same as the Hero2 but it's a little bit deeper because it comes with the detachable screen

on paper the specs are the same as the Hero2 but the bundle also includes the detachable screen, a wireless remote and several mounts. It's selling for 172€ on Amazon and for 149€ on MediaMarkt.

I've been looking for reviews but there aren't that many and none kite related. The specced angle of the lens is 175º but from the videos i've seen it seems much narrower.

Found this video though:

Thanks Calibra. The Yo! Y21 seems interesting indeed. It's basically the same camera as the Rollei 4s but sold under a different brand (the difference i price is probably due to the larger number of accessories included with the Y21). In the meantime i have found that all these cameras are made in the same Chinese factory that also makes all the go pro models, so other than different specs there shouldn't be much of a difference between them in terms of quality.

I found this video comparing the Yo! Y21 with the gopro hero2 (starting at 8:00 min) and one can see that the lens of the hero2 is a bit wider, but the Y21 (and probably the rollei 4s) seem good enough for kite filming:

In any case, if anyone else has experience with these gopro substitutes (Yo! Y21, Rollei 4s, Infinity CamOne or Actionpro SD21) i would like to hear your feedback.
